Sponsorship

Until recently, Ashanilaya had been relying on the generous contributions of members and staff of MASARD who have been contributing part of their monthly salaries to the cause. In addition to this, sponsorship has been the main source of funds covering the operational costs of the orphanage and the day-to-day needs of the children. Several children at Ashanilaya receive monthly/yearly contributions from their sponsors to meet the costs of education, food, healthcare etc. Our aim is to increase the number of children supported by sponsors and to seek out independent sources of income above and beyond this to improve the facilities at the orphanage.
